you should do a search as wade cams are a site sponser..
wade-cams-f27/
you can ask these kind of questions in this forum..

but while im here..
the wade re grind cams are $151+ postage..
you either send them a cam to be ground, or you can pay an extra $100 and when you return your cam they will refund you the $100...

You will need shims, and if you have enough money I would recommend getting vernier gear.

That is a good cam for a stock engine though.

Not difficult at all once you know what to do. Do you have a repair manual?

Before doing anything, make sure No. 1 piston is at TDC on compression stroke & timing mark on the top gear sprocket is in line with top of cylinder head (or close to it). I usually pull out all the spark plugs so the crank can rotate easily.
The power steering pump will have to be unbolted and the timing chain tensioner released (& removed to compress it again). Also, remove the upper chain guide bolt.

Then, it's just a matter of swapping over the top sprocket with the vernier gear. Try not to slacken of the chain in case it jumps a tooth. Don't drop the bolt and/or washer into the timing case.

This is a very good question.
It is not the fitting that I have questions about, it is setting the adjustment.
I have a RPD R6 cam here (still to buy a vernier cam gear) but have no idea on what adjustment to set it to.....

you should have a dial in on the paper work that came with your cam in degrees at TDC and just put the motor at TDC and adjust the cam by the cam gear in deg to set then double check with a dial in gauge of the top of the rocker at TDC Easy
