I have got a crow 2222549 instaled in an auto el.
I was wondering if any others have this cam and what power should it put out? also wats idle like?
idle on mine seem crap rpms goin up down, shakes the car sometimes it idles at an steady rpm with shakes then it decides to rev up down ect.

I can't answer the cam profile idle question but sounds like you need a unichip or chiptorque chip. This will fix the idle problems & will allow your ECU to maximise the benefits from your modifications.

what stage crow cam is that? 1,2, or 3?? i had a stage 2 crow cam in the I6 5spd fairmont sedan.. with a warm port job, extractors, 2.5 inch exhaust.. and ran a 14.6... 3.23 single spinner diff.. too... mine did a best of 134 rwkw... on that 14.6 my fan belt came off at the starting line but i didnt notice until halfway down the track and thus finnishing around the pits i got my 14.6.... :wink:
