Any cam from a ea to a el 3.9 4.0 will fit it. Same engine

That depends on the grind of cam. do you know what the cam is??

i don't know much about cams, am hopeing to get my ltd cammed after i get my exhaust to give it alittle bit of a lumpy grumble and to help out with performance, from what i've heard cams help with top end power. |

that cam will be ok with the std ecu.. i had that grind cam in my ed originally and was fine..
