Ok, I got myself a CT006 845 Billet off CamTech.
I was going to wait until I got my new head done before I installed it but I'm now bored and want to.
How long will my XR springs last under the 540 lift? Will they fly to bits or just go floppy?

Yeah try it and tell us all what valve float sounds like.
If you are lucky valves won't touch pistons.

The valves springs are a good 20lbs too soft closed and about 50lbs too soft open.
And that is going from new specs, not 200 000km old.

I had a feeling the valves would be getting close as well.
We'll see how stupid I feel in the morning but I probably shouldn't.
