I've had three different LPG converts on my EF and had no dramas with the Pacey comps.

Very interesting! Everywhere I rang, they said the comps would be a no go. Did you have the comps on before or after the conversion?

Well i have been told that 4480s don't fit on if you have LPG and that 4499s were the go, but not sure since anything can be modified to fit :P

Prices do vary from store to store. At majority of the stores I called, I got quoted $430 for just the extractors. After I rang around i managed to score myself brand new pacies 4480s for $400 including new bolts, gasket and also one flange so i can weld it onto my hi flow. It pays to call around and getting prices.

Since 4480s cost about 430...I would think the 4499s would cost a little less...maybe in the 350 - 400, but not too sure.

good luck with it.

phong =P~

just becareful with using a heat shield. will void warranty on headers and as i understand, will lead to a shorter life span of the extractors

I run the 4499;s on my factory EGAS AU ute ... it was close to the converter ... but had the factory heatshield modified to cover it ... no issues with it at all.
