i dont think capa do them anymore, they got the a*** as SCT's rep due to missusing the flash tuners.

try herrods.

They are a tuning tool, and are therefore only as good as the person using them to tune your car.
Find a workshop who has a good reputation with your make of vehicle, and go have a chat.
I'd also just get them to supply the Flash Tuner itself, they'd be buying in bulk through whoever is SCT distro now (Herrod/CAPA, wgaf) and may do you a deal on a supply and tune.
Otherwise, check sponsors on fordxr6turbo.com, they do pretty good deals on Flash Tuners every now and again.
Also probably a good place to start in regards to finding a workshop in your area.

So.... you are saying that your exhaust (once tuned) netted you about 50 rwkw's over a standard tuned NA 6???

I have a seriously hard time believing that my friend? Or did the exhaust modification include plumbing a Garrett off the manifold?

Agreed that is not possible not on a N/a with an exhaust only ....
