Im having this weird thing that happens to my ef falcon when its running cold and im only giving it a small ammount of accel. Around 40km/h, or after it changes into either 2nd or 3rd the car starts to jump a lil and u can hear it through the exhaust like its missing a beat. This only happens when its cold and once its warmed up it seems to go away.

Now i thought i fixed it after i changed my leads and the fuel filter but nope it decided to happen again tonight. During the day i take the car out its fine but all of a sudden i take it out at night and it plays up like a biatch. My dad said its something to do with a choke or something and its pretty normal when its cold but it dosent seem normal to me.

Yeah my car does this, I'm fairly confident it will be the intake manifold gasket. Go see if your bolts are loose?

Check your ignition timing as well as the condition of the ignition circuit ie leads plugs cap button and coil....
