head gasket
head bolts ( but that is a given)
exhaust gasket
intake gasket
rocker cover gasket ( only if required)
spark plugs
spark plug leads
oil and oil filter
thermastat (recommend a 82 degree to stop the car from over heating, if this was the promblem in the first place )
radiator fluid
fuel filter
timming chain (again only if required)

i only change the water pump and its gasket if its leaking or has failed.

these are the major ones i replace when doing a head at a minimum

then you could think of doing some head work and/or cam while your at it :D saves you doing this twice.

if i remeber correctly i think i paid about 100-120 bucks for a timing chain kit.
that gave me the chain, tensioner, gears and gasket.
