hey all, i own a el xr6, shes goin fine, buts shes an auto, wouldnt mind to bust a manual in her, was hoping you blokes could give me price on a box and price of labour, any help would be greatly appreciated

round 1000 for a 2nd hand box from ftg auto salvage, inc everything for swapover, then u gotta pay postage, prolly 200 ish, then labour, dunno how much that wud be, but hope this helps, pm xr8dismantler he owns ftg, he should be able to help u out

why dont you put in a 3000 -3500 stall converter, shift kit and possibly a trans brake?

i bet she'll move off the line then :D

yer im actually tossin up between a stally. shift kit or manual conversion...shift kit mite be the go with turbo being put in next month..arr the decisions

if your going turbo, add a few grand to the cost of a manual because the standard t5 wont last long (depending how you drive)
