Dollar per Horse-Power, Nitrous Oxide would be the best mod, although its not that cheap and is illegal in Australia.

its no tillegal in all states under certain conditions.

cheap mods: sports exhaust, not to big, go a 2.5", and get a bigger cold air intake. regular maintenance and take care of it.
