when doin a camshaft do u have to change the ecu? i heard if it only a minor chnage in the cam u dont have too and what size and type would u suggest?

reprograming the ecu is a must to make the camshaft effective, by changing the camshaft in the motor, is like changing the brain of the motor, by increasing valve lift you gotta let the ecu know "HEY, GIVE ME MORE FUEL!!!"

atm i am in the process of buying a gt intake i currently have a uni filter in place and i am hoping the wider mouth will put the filter to use... i heard that u could not get the ecu reprogrammed as such but u needed to get a piggy back to insert into the j port. is this correct and if so wat would be the best brand etc to use?
