in all the cases the blocks arn't the problems so E series the A or the B series are all fine, as I have a good supply of E series it was a cheaper option for me when it came to exprimenting.

So it would be a simple bore and port job + a few other loose ends on a B series or Phoon?

and you say you needed a cheap supply of blocks? i assume that you've seen pleantly of pistons on the dyno room floor and such?

The market is flooded with E-series blocks & parts. what better way to test & test & more test without forking out to much on overheads... shut up & let the man do his job!

So with list any kid of time frame or anything with this block or motor as i am keen to f**k the 3.9 out and drop it straght in and drving????

So what gearbox would be the right on as the t5 hates power or torque or something (well with turbo applications) cause i am interested with the NA application.....

Yeah true that.
No chance for standstills at the moment.
Although the new work carpark is great though ... smooth, shiny concrete.

Testing first..... then we take it from there, plus summers here which is what I was waiting for, & then see how she performs on hot days.
you can run what ever g/box you want, just like any engine that starts to make more hp/torque you then need to upgrade.
