lol ok, with my car it wont let you put the shifter back when your doing that speed, it just locks in and wont move down.

Erm, pushed the button? There is no solenoid that will prevent you from shifting into first at any point, the computer control just won't let the box go into first if the speed is above X km/h

twistedel is rite the selector will go into first but the ecu doesn't let the gear box go into first
