Hey All,
I'm putting a Wade 1521a Cam in my XR and on the recommendation from Wade purchased Crow Cams 7332-12 Springs. However on investigating the springs it was the one inbetween the XR's and Doubles. The specs were as follows;
Installed Height - 1.820"
Installed Pressure - 115lbs
Pressure @ .5 Lift - 275
Max Lift - .650"
Solid Height - 1.100"

However, after receiving the 7332-12 from Crow I got a Spec sheet saying it was different.

The Spring I received specs are:
Installed Height - 1.750"
Installed Pressure - 120lbs
Pressure @ .5 Lift - 280
Max Lift - 0.650"
Solid Height - 1.100"
However, after receiving the 7332-12 from Crow I got a Spec sheet saying it was different. Can someone clarify the issue for me? Has Cow sent me the wrong item? Or will these Springs be fine for the 1521a?

The installed height of 1.750 @ 120lbs is good. The ford installed height is higher therefore the 1.820 @ 115lbs sounds correct. This spring is correct for the application according to alot of threades in fordmods. Don't worry use it. :wink:
