gday guys just looking into these cams im not sure which is better??: can anyone help

With the Crow Stage 3 you will have to Get your ECU either recalibrated or chipped. or you can go all out and get an aftermarket ECU for around 1400

any idea on the power increase of the two cams? cause i too was looking for a cam untill other things got in the way but once thats all taken care of ill be back to savin some money to get a cam :D

power increase can vary from low down power to top end power. My crow stage 3 tends to get moving inbetween about 2200rpm up to around 5300rpm

my mates got the stage 3 crow cam in his xe (yes, but with a 3.9ltr ea motor) and the f**k thing rev's past 6000!!!

iv got the same setup as southy and i change gears at 6000 at the drags,loves the revs

The wade also requires an ecu mod to run correctly.
