Hey i was wondering if i need a engine cooler to race my car around the track my car is a ed falcon here is a list of mods
-Full engine rebuild/Gear box
-ACL racing bottem end
-20thou over bore
-High comp piston think ratio is 12:1
-Stage 1 port and polish
-Shaved Block
-Shaved Head
-Mild cam
-Hi comp Valve Springs
-Pod Filter
- J3 Chip
- Full Exaughst system Pacemakers,highflow cat and 2.5inch mandrel bent

No, Just make sure your cooling system is well serviced and fresh oil, when you come off the track, let the car idle around the pit area for 10 mins, Do not shut the car down straight away, let it cool off a bit then leave it idle for a few mins while stationary, this will avoid any unnecessary heatsoak, I've done plenty of circuit stuff, this has always been my practice and my cars have been fine.

12:1 comp? really? I doubt its that high, but who am I to say. with a decked head and block do you get any chain slap.
