Yeh I did change the pipe.I would not try to bend it as with age the orginal pipe will be full of rust and as mentioned above it will crack,And ifs it not full of rust when you do bend it won't be a nice curve and will end up being a pinch and reduce water flow.I also used the genuine heater hoses as well.Just misses the A/C pipe on an EA but yours is an ED and the suction hose is in a different spot so it won't even come close.The pipe will come off with both manifolds removed and just kiss the insulation so hold your tongue right if you know what I mean!!
