Hey guys, well ive finally got around to getting ef on dyno. Im booked in for 3pm. I wanted this for 2 reasons:

1) I want a stock reading before I mod next couple of weeks to show that a) I did all the work and
b) to show what gains u get from certain things

2) Hopefully this dyno will backup the fact of head shaving as the only thing thats been done to this car is the head has been shaved. Many questions have been asked about gains by doing this, and this was done to my eb and didnt feel any gain at all, so with matching up a stock figure and mine, and account for the age of the engine, hopefully it will prove that there is no gains by shaving the head. Of a*** tho this could blow up in my face as some cars have shown much higher readings stock then they really should so have 2 see

So check back after 3pm for results... the stock power for an ef falcon should be around 98-105rwkw can anyone correct me? cause im not completely sure but yeh, see yas after 3

well dyno complete

135.6 rwhp which is approx 101.1 rwkw

for all those who still argue over k&n filters or no filters giving gains, he took the airbox off so and flipped her so there was no filter and I ran a 139.1rwhp so there is a gain there with a decent air induction. Im gettin exhaust next week and headers week after and he told me to drop a decent filter in and bring it back and he will do it again for next to nothing to get another power run b4 the almight cam goes in :P

He said it did run nice tho and more power compared to some of the ef's and el's he has put through stock and thinks with just the exhaust and headers it will do 150hp maybe more so stay tuned in next few weeks

dyno charts will be posted later

Dyno Chat: he spelt me name wrong dammit and for some reason put it down as an xr6 but anyways here it is
