Are they the same between the EB 4.0L and the EF?

= different sender unit and also depends if you want a sender or sensor

Yes, but according to SIemens VDO (the same mob who made theinstrument clusters and that), EF's do not have oil pressure sensors, that the reading comes from teh ECU. So I asked the lady how the ECU knows what the pressure is, surely that is then connected to an sensor and she said no. Which is lies considering I've fitted an aftermarket one in previously for a gauge and that.
And if I buy from Ford i have to pay full or near full price, were if the EB ones were the same I could get an aftermarket for dirt cheap.

if they dont have a sensor they have a sender ie not on/off for a light they be a guage, i dont know what the ef/els run
