At the moment Ive got a 3.45 LSD (Ive got a wagon btw), with a T5 manual, running 215 on the rears... needless to say Im gettign something a little wider (245).

The stage 3 really is awesome, and even though its the biggest cam available, it leaves you with so much more to gain.

As for the head work, thats definately to be spoken to Jaysen about (he's a top bloke, and very honest). He'll recommend whats best for you, not his pocket. All I can say is Ive got the stage 3, springs, pacemakers (for now), and some headwork, and well, Ive definately moved 245's up on the priority list.

Ive had quite a few people listen to my idle, and step back, hehe.

Cheers

manual vs auto... long debated topic.. but its what you prefer in the end. Mind you you'll have to get a stall converter if its an auto. And manual is just soo much fun :-D

Cheers

dunno, don't really look. I just bought an EA Fairmont Ghia manual as a whole car, written off, and used the bits out of it.. then sold the parts, and made it a convertable, and sent it to the tip.

Cheers

well considering it had no springs, no engine, no interior, well... no anything and set a mere 5cm of the ground at the best of points, I don't think it wouldve gone anywhere... it had trouble getting out of driveway, which is pretty much flat.

Cheers

I've got one of Jasens RPD stage 3's in my EL. I was back in mildura Good friday and sat. Home now though.

Dunno if you made it out to the drags on the 31st, I was out there killing my 17's in a slow and painful death.. (my 14's didn't fit) But the good news is my LSD works well, didn't spin 1 wheel once!

I know who Kane Arnold is.. didn't know his first name until now though ;)
