ive just bought an eb wagon and when you start it it misses and blows a heap of black smoke out the exhaust
ive done a compression test and changed the plugs but it hasnt made any difference
any ideas wouldbe great :D

is it CPI or MPFI? could be a load of things, my bet is the MAP sensor

stupid question i know, but is the map sensor hose plugged in, mine came off one day and the car was missing and blowing black smoke like crazy

its a piece of piss to change as well.

i beleive it is just unplug, unscrew, then rescrew and stick the plug and hose back in.
