i am having to let my car warm up before taking it out, its auto and holds each gear for longer when its cold, but doesn't have much power, a fair amount of revs, but not much go, any ideas on what is causing this, or is it just the age of the car?

well i just put new plugs in, and the temp gauge is inaccurate, its not the wiring, its the sensor, i dont see how that would cause this problem but... and i dont see how the transmission could be stuffed, it works fine any other time then first thing in the morning....
