Here's my new project, whil the turbo ed get's a new engine i'm gonna do up my daily driver aswell, It's a 93 ED GLI

EL ECU
EL BBM
AU Head shaved 20 thou
AU Head gasket
4.11 Diff Gears
Stg 3 Mechanical shift kit
Surecam Custom grind cam
EF bottom end with full rebuild using race seies bearings
5cc Dish High Comp 60thou overbore Race Series Pistons (Now 4.08L)
20thou Shaved off the deck
10.65:1 Compression

Didn't have to pay for the kit cause i'm a gearbox and diff technician, so just did it all myself. But about $350.00



Yeah going for big comp, want 175rwkw so what ever it takes

Well got my ACL Race Series 1mm over-bore Pistons, rebulid kit and the Block back from the machine shop.
I got the block bored 60 thou and shave the deck 20 thou.

Pistons are $290.00
Block boreing and decking is $240.00
Rebuild kit is $230.00
Rods pressed to pistons is $30.00
