Does anybody have a diagram for a 104 pin eec-v for an Ef? I am after the wire for the water temp sender. I am wanting to wire an electrical water temp gauge to it. Any ideas where to wire it to?

Cheers Guys

I guess it shows the actual temperature.

At least he's not adding a 30" monster tacho with 6 different coloured shift lights.

derks, its best to install another sender in the thermostat housing for another gauge.
The wire to the ecu has a 0 - 5 v signal dependant on temp, and if you wire a gauge to this, chances are the gauge will put a +8v pullup voltage cauing the ecu readings to be affected.

Why not use the instrument cluster diagnostics to see a precise temperature reading? I'm assuming its just for troubleshooting and you dont need a precise reading for every day driving.

Thats the pinout I typed up about 2 years ago now..
When I was putting a Wolf3D in my EF there wasn't one on the net anywhere, so I grabbed a Ford Workshop manual and retyped it.. I've sent it to Brad before to put up on the Technical Documents but its never made it there.
Anyway, as long as other people are making use of it, its all good..

I'm not sure how the AU ECU will go in the EF, I think there was some change in the smart lock setup, Also you can use the flash tuners on AU, but I've never seen the EF listed, but who knows?
Good luck with it, and keep us informed..
