whats involved in puting a later model engine in an ED.

typically you have to swap the pulleys and auxilarry components from your old motor, if its an EF or AU motor, you have to put a dizzy in, if its an AU motor, you will have to use your old thermostat housing (for temp sensor) and i think you have to use your old timing chain cover on all EF-AU motors, and lastly if you use an AU motor you either have to modify your crossmember OR grind one of the ribs off the cast sump.
