Any procedures or tips on how to change coil easily on EF I6?

EF have coil packs and can be buggers to change.. but it's been done before, have a search for some tips before you start!!!

ive done mine , its a pain but if u need to do it it gotta b, takeair box an pipes out unplug coilpack use an xtra long exstenion down through manafold an undo four blots holding coilpack on , then just do reverse to put on
