hi thanks for the help with my decision for what head to use
but before i do that i have a little problem with the car.

when i start the car first thing in morning or after it has been sitting for a while and cooled. i leave it idle and as it is warming up it keeps almost cutting out and runs rough, you can give it a few revs then it come fine as it gets warmer, it also dose it when driven after the start up if you don't let it idle for a while first, when it happens the bbm vacuum is changing ,after it is up near the normal temp mark there is not a problem. if anyone has any ideas i will give it a go, if i have not tried it already . i have just ran out of ideas
thanks for the help

About all I can think of is maybe dirty injectors?

I don't personally have a lot of faith in fuel additive type cleaners but others have reported noticeable results so maybe try some and see how you go - otherwise take it somewhere reliable and have them done properly - but budget maybe a couple of hundred bucks.
