I recently had the issue in my waggin.

We had spark, crank, and fuel pump - but no injectors due to a blown interior light fuse ;)

also thinking - the injectors wont pulse if there is no ref signal in EF/AU, right? Check the crank encoder..

Is this the first attempt to start this engine after the conversion, or have you had it running before ???

CAS is the crank angle sensor. Im assuming you're running the EF ECU. The crank angle sensor puts out a AC signal, you can check it with a multimeter. Did you get a whole engine loom?

Cheers

Yeah, I got a whole engine loom, and if the CAS is not working would that stop the injectors working?

yeah, the ECU needs to know engine speed before it can do anything. If you got the whole engine loom I guess it'd be plugged in, but Id check that anyway.

So you put the BEM in? Cos thats where smartlock is... any EF BEM.

Cheers

Everything is plugged in, the BEM and Smartlock is working. What do u mean by engine speed?

Is there any difference between the EA fuel pump and the EF fuel pump, for the Tickford engine?
