Im not sure as to whats with it but i put a Trip Computer in my EF GLi from a EF Fairmont but it doesnt work. My friend did it with the EF cab he had. Is it just the Computers faulty? I cant get a hold of another computer at this time.

Did you add the data wire from the instrument cluster to the trip computer?

do you mean the wire behind the plate that you remove to fit the computer if so yes i did connect that. All i get is the time when i press any button otherwise i just dont get anything. Is there anything else i should be aware of?

Sounds to me like its either stuffed or not getting the data from the dash

Try checking the install guide and seeing if you did anything different

Just what i needed. Thanks alot i didnt know this before and neither did the so called 'mechanic' friend/half friend i have.
