whats involved in replacing water pump pulley? or is it easier to replace how water pump with new pulley?

You can buy a tool remover/installer but it might be dear. If the water pump has never been replaced before, can always replace the whole unit for a peace of mind. Before you do that though, what's wrong with the pulley?
