How much n2o will and ef xr6 engine take the engine is in good condition with good comp etc

will it take a 100 shot ?

Reason behind my question is im thinking of dropping one into my TE cortina and running an Aussie speed manifold and using the nitrous and 4 bbl Holley from my 250

is the coil pack ignition any good as i could run it with my msd digi 7

At the moment my 250 is making around 300hp at the engine without n2o whats needed to get the ohc engine making 300 or more hp

also will the stall converter from my 250 fit on the 4.0 would be good if it will as i dont want to fork out for another 4000 rpm stall
