ok, so i just did my head gasket, along with, water pump, harmonic balancer, and full timing kit. and ive just realised the serpentine belts provide better power with the el alternator.. but now ive just bought all these new parts its nto going to happens but is it possible to just change the alternator.. somehow? any ideas? coz i think the belt is totaly different in the serpentine setup for the alternator.

Can you return the water pump and harmonic balancer? Have you fitted them yet?

yeah its all fitted and put together, like, because im running the el thermo fans when they kick in it drain the s**t out of the battery and sometimes can hear they just quiet arnt running as full capicaty as they should.. not that my car over heats or anything now with a new head gasket. loving not having to fill it with coolant every afternoon haha
