Hi,

I have an el fairmont that when it is cold it missfires for a little while then it is ok during the warmer days it seems better than on colder. I have changed the dizzy, coil, leads, plugs, injectors, etc. The only time i noticed it getting a little better is when i tightened the inlet manifold bolts. Has anyone else had something like this?

Thanks,

if you use a lenght of plastic tubing, hold one end to your ear and run the other end around theinlet manifold and any other place where there is a vacume , you will pick up any leaks that could be the cause of the trouble
