Hi guys, can someone help me with Ignition problem?
I have an el falcon no spark no injector pulse.
Could this be a crank angle sensor problem.
I have checked eveything wiring loom plugs, main ignition loom, relays.
I have 12volt in all places where there should be, any Idea's would be great.

Thanks a bunch
John

el? el's dont have a crank sensor they are dizzy ignition..
if you have checked the ecu relay i would be looking at the hall sensor in the dizzy or the tfi module on the side of the dizzy....

also is the smartlock light on the cluster doing anything strange, like flashing fast??

I am a firm believer in Coil Packs but why would someone go to the trouble of changing everything including Engine loom and harness as well as ECU?

They must love coil packs as much as I do :D .

That makes a HUGE difference.

Does your Fuel Pump prime? If not check your ECU relay.

If it does prime Check ECU.

Remove the bolts hoding your header tank and just lift it aside, no need to undo hoses. ECU relay is under the header tank along with the Fuel Pump relay, ECU relay is closest to the motor and has a Brown connector, Fuel pump relay is next to it and has a green connector.

Have you got your head in the boot when you check the fuel pump, you won't hear it in the car unless your pump is noisy.
