g'day ppl
my car got a good degrease 2day and i let it all dry up!!! afta it just dosen't start it turns but no kick over??? can anyone help asap

most likley water under dizzy cap as noisuf said, its pretty common. If you don't want to take the cap of, just let it dry out over tomorrow.

i will say that the coil has got a hair line crack in it and water has got into it .this is a very comon thing with them

took the dizzy cap off and dryed it with hair dryer and does not kick over???
wat should i do with the coil can't really dry that?

na checked leads and plugs and dissy ?? stil nufin ??
but it starts but it dosen't kick over and run

No your right you can't dry out the coil. However it can be tested.

Remove the coil lead from the dissy cap, then connect a spark plug to it.

Earth this plug while someone cranks over the engine. Observe if there is a good large spark from the coil. If not replace the coil.

yeh my dad checked it out and yeh there is alot of spark?? still dunno wats going on ??? mite b the fuel pump???
