i know the tickford springs are meant to be firmer than standard, but are they the same height? ive heard that the ride height is different, if they are then how much lower are they?

the equivelant of "lows" (1.5 inches lower?) is what i have been told.

Yes they are definatly lower and stiffer than standard springs - but to get it even stiffer you need to put some harder shocks in there as well!!
