Hey guys, just a quick one,I own a 97 el xr6 and lately its developed a rough idle when i start it cold.basically ill start it an it sits between 600-1000rpm an idles sorta roughly an the whole car shakes,it seems like it does this while it builds oil pressure,not sure if thats what it is though.then after having driven it an the cars warmed up the next time i start it its fine..any help would be appreciated,Thanks.

try new leads and plugs or could be a dirty fuel pump?? or injectors

if leads and plugs make no difference, start looking at coil, do you know if its breaking down under load?

its got a 2-3month old dizzy,coil & ignition module in it,leads arent too old an plugs are about 6months old..i recently took out the ISC an cleaned it cos it would occasionally stall under load,ie;air con on.that seemed to help but im wondering if its that?
