doubt very much its the head gasket going so suddenly, sounds like a vac leak. Check the line that runs to the middle of the intake manifold to see if its missing or loose.

nope all there nothing is missing at all. all connected car still runs well just blows a bit of smoke.

229,XXXkm's on a stock o2 sensor sounds like the culprit. Maybe try the wreckers with a low km's car.

btw...check your rocker cover, it may be on loosely or has a bit of a gap in it. This will cause you to lose a lot of vacuum and also will make the car run like s**t as well as high fuel consumption.
and an O2 that hasn't been replaced for 229XXXkm's usually could be dead. Replace it, if it isn't the problem, its one less thing to buy. (of course you'll be spending a bit more money) phong =P~

here is an easy way take it to ford or an auto elec and get them to test it might cost you a few dollors but they will be able to find the fault code and tell you wat it is

Blue smoke means its burning oil. black smoke means it running rich/ electrical or its just a f**k cold morning!
