Hey i just won an AU XR6 engine off of ebay for $750 its in queensland at the moment.. i was just informed today that it will cost me $670 dollars to get it over to me in W.A

Does anyone on here know of any freight mobs that may be able to do it cheaper..

Thanks,
Brad.

That is pretty exy. It only cost $400 to get an entire car sent from Sydney to Port Pirie (roughly 3 hours north of Adeliade), and only $600.00 to get another car sent from Sydney to Hobart (and that's gotta go over water). I definately would of thought you could get it done cheaper!

Ring around removalists that go interstate in WA and see if you can throw it on as a back load. I deal with freight companies every day and they can be really expensive. I got a quote today to send a 4kg bundle (6.5m long) on our usual freight company and they quoted $135 to get it 200kms up the road.
Just shop around and you may be surprised with what you will find.
