i have an ea 3.9 MPI manual, engine mount is loose (intake side)

1. should i keep the 3.9, will these engine mounts be a suitable replacement?
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/FORD-FALCON-6-EN ... dZViewItem

2. should i decide to fit an AU engine, will i have to use AU engine mounts or EA engine mounts?

3. will AU engine mounts work on an EA engine?

many thanks, will purchase as soon as i can confirm

hi
you need to use the ea/eb/ed mounts..
the others dont quite fit
even if you fit an au engine you still use the ea mounts.

yeh go the EA/ED mounts and if you can get them the nolothane/polyurethane mounts are the go.

May as well do it while you're under the car, just support the tranny with a jack, undo the two crossmember bolts and lower the tranny down and unbolt the crossmember from the tranny, easy as!
