Last night i restarted the ECU in my ford falcon BA XT 2002 by disconnecting both POSITIVE and NEGATIVE
terminals in my car. I Left it disconnected for about 30-45 minutes then turned on the car, it had a delay
when i started the ignition and i assume taht means my ECU got restarted correct me if im wrong please...

Now today when i drive the car in semi-automatic mode, the car engine feels really slow and like it's going
to break down or something. What should i do? Is this normal or? I'm completely new at knowing about engines
and all..

Any help will be appreciated thankyoU! :(

Just reset it agian and dont drive like a granny, as the ecu needs time to relearn off the sensors etc, usualy after 100 ks it should be alright

Posted by Xcabbi, Does it slap or rattle? Rattle is more to do with timing chains and tensioners. Slap is more to do with lifters, rings, bearings or GENIII boat anchors
