Just wandering if anyone could help.

My temp gauge goes from sitting on the A of NORMAL, and then drops right down to where it starts before you turn the car on. Then after about 5 scounds it slowly rises again.

It will do this quiet a few times before it stops.

Any ideas?

Cheers
Scott

could be a short in the lead.

maybe try replacing the sensor or something.

at length, one other thing i've heard is an air pocket in the head will make the sensor read dead cold for a minute.

but try finding a short out first
