how come you never see them in falcons ? do they just rely on the rubbers ? has anyone with a stainless system had any dramas with this ? anyone added flex joints ? i couldn't imagine it would hurt.

i've got one on my dump pipe... allows the exhaust to rub on the body further down

flex pipes are sh*te IMO, only good use for em is on mine trucks and other heavy SME.

some AU's have a bit of flex in the engine pipe.
i also have some flex in my dump pipe,but it only allows my exhaust to rub on the steering shaft,not the body

i see... i guess this is a fair compromise from having the manifold crack though...
