firstly, id buy the catback, you can get for around $200 plus shipping from ebay, this is great if you can fit it yourself, saving labour costs and more, now im not sure on this point but im pretty sure to fit extractors, you'll need an after market cat, due to the size of the pipe running from the cat converter.

2.5 inch exhaust first. the other ones dont have much efect without the 2.5 inch exaust then id do both the cat and extractors at the same time, i just bought my 2.5 inch exhaust today from ebay and got it for 160 plus 40 postage, and it will bolt straight up to my standard cat with no problems

i think the one you found is this one? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/2-5-CAT-BACK-SPO ... 2eb0a2d864

if so, its not a redback but i asked them about it and they said its basically the same just not made in aus, they claim its got the same note and such, im buying mine off them next week

start with the exhaust first, then extractors and cat converter next

Supercat mufflers actually sound alright in the few cars I've heard them on.
When you do extractors do the cat them as it all needs to be modified anyway.

I just put redback extractors and hi-flow cat into my BA XT and it sounds like a beast. Feels a little sluggish under 1500rpm, but once over that she really gets up and goes.

Redback, great brand, great quality.

What? I had extractors with a stock exhaust for ages whcih made a s**t load difference in power and a slight note while revving. The 2.5" will only make it louder on a stock engine... No performance at all really. Maybe 2kw.

You will need a bigger exhaust to get the most put of your extractors.. No questions asked
