exhaust: lukey or redback

Thanks for advice guys.

You think I'd be okay to get the exhaust and then extractors at a later date? Coz it's the exhaust system that is rusting itself out, extrators are fine from what I know (I know that ain't performance, so exhaust be at it's optimal).

That said, how much for just a good exhaust and labour? And what is the tired and true, good value for money exhaust for an EF Falcon? Brand, model, and specs. welcome.

Cheers.

My recommendations (also what I have)

Pacie comp headers
Berklee 2 1/2" cat back

The same combo that Brute utes use ;)

i got extractors (pacey comps), high flow cat and 2.5in mandrel bent system with only 1 muffler for $880.
I wish i had bought a tip, it looks pathetic without it but i was broke.

I'm not running a tip at the moment, it looks ok to me. Gives me a little bit more sleeper factor :)

I Didn't want to spend money on a tip, that might not fit/suit my new body kit.

Sorry fellas, missed that post.

The Extractors cost me about $630 fitted from memory. Just remember I'm in the country :(

The exhaust was $300 fitted, even had to have it specially ordered up from Adelaide, as it doens't have a rear resonator (the exhaust shop doesn't stock single muffler systems) But the system sounds very very sweet.

I know the city slickers can get things cheaper:(

For sure! My car had a 2 1/2 cat back on it when I bought it. I drove it for 18 months like that. If possible get em all together, you might save fitting costs, but if not, get the exhaust first.
