im realy considering getting a gd set of extractors around the $500 mark. was wondering wat brands r good, wat i shuld look 4 and is it easy 2 instal at home or if not how much 2 instal?

go to the sticky about modding 3.9 and 4.0L fords, it is at the top of the 6 cylinder workshop :) As for how easy is it to install at home it depends what u mean by easy. If your cat and ur extractor flanges that meat are the same size then it is easy in my opinion. If not then I consider it hard and would leave it up to exhaust ppl. But if u r good with a welder and can weld your own flanges on then you may still consider it easy to do that. But other than the flanges it is a straight up bolt on job. You may also want some maniseal ($7.99 or $8.99 at Repco and about $14 at supercheap auto)
