hey i was just wondering does it make a big difference to get a high flow cat when getting extractors? if so what does it do different?

I got a streetfords mag with an AU I6 and it made 2.8rwkw difference. There not really worth it unless your chasing every little kw or your original one is buggered. That 2.8rwkw gain was only from 4000rpm onwards as well
