I have talked to the guy at pacemaker who tested the pacemaker comp headers on his au.The comps were designed for Bruce Heinrich who is the current leader in saloon car racing. The dyno test from the normal paccies to 4480's was 5 rwkws across the rev range and more torque everywhere.

Heres my zorst as promised. I used the digi cam, though I probably should have used the vid cam (couldnt find it).
When I get my extractors fitted up I'll use the vid cam.

2.5" Lukey catback.

I have a question for those that have 4480' fitted to the I6. After the 4480's have been fitted, has anyone noticed annoying engine noise (sounds as if a grommet has been removed or left out of the firewall) coming from the floorwell driver's side inside of the car? I noticed this straight after fitment. I did return to the exhaust fitter straight away, but no leaks were detected. I have the old version of the 4480's and a set of JMM street fighters and this issue was not apparent then. Like to hear some feedback.

i think youl find that the problem is in the cat. did you retain the stock cat or have an aftermarket one fitted????
if its still got the stock cat then it would have been modified in some way because the end piping of the pacemaker extractors are bigger then the stock ones.

Yes I have it also. Its not a bad thing. Its just what extractors do mate. They have a funny sound to them. Its normal...Kind of sounds like an induction sound actually...

I have a stock mod cat. Its shagged so im going to replace it with a high flow one soon.

while were on this topic does it make any difference to things if the O2 sensor is plumbed in were it comes from 3into1 like advance or when it goes from 2into1 at the bottom likes pacemaker or jmm

I reckon that the O2 sensor position should be down at the last collector, like on the Pacies 4499's. At that position, there is a better mix of exhaust gases.

Right well I'm booked in for tomorrow to get the extractors on and a big fat SS oval tip. Should look F**k awesome compared to the 3 odd inch round tip on there now.
