Can I ask... about converting to multi-point... (off topic I know.. sorry) but is that something that's truly worth doing & is it an expensive exercise??

My mate has a EL ex taxi that has 950,000km's on it and it still rips good burnouts and goes pretty good. Original engine BTW.

WOW... close to the magic million!! Good to hear!!!!! :) Major mod FREE too...

Though my speedo will never show this, I'd like to think my old girl will get there... though the horse towing will surely take its toll.... eventually... :(

Also makes a funny noise in the rear end when doing slow, tight turns ie car park. :\

If it sounds like ball bearings in a can, it's most likely coming from the diff (low fluid) or could be wheel bearings.

If it's just on one side, check your diff for fluid (oil) level & think wheel bearings &/or seals on that side.

I have just (today) had a diff seal done & before that had a clackety sound in the diff area/wheel on that side (sometimes only) & the back wheel on that side had a greasy build-up inside the wheel rim... YUCK to try cleaning!!

Hope this helps??? :)
