spray aerostart or a flammable spray around the intake gasket while cranking. if it fires up while spraying then you have a leak. sensors im not too sure what is actually in the intake or how to check them. i know the intake air temp is in there but dont think that will stop it running

Which hoses do I check to make sure fuel is coming through?

Fuels coming though cause the plugs are wet, but the spark looks a bit yellow and it doesn't seem to be right it's abouts ever couple of seconds on number 2 but it's goes spark big cap spark spark spark gap and so on what could that be

plugs and or leads my need to be replaced. Also inspect the dizzy cap and rotor, may need cleaning

If your getting a weak spark then I would say coil pack and maybe ECU. A mate of mine, his EF just stopped one day, irregular spark and weak--- would not start. I found the fault using a multimeter and a gregory's manual. The ecu had failed and was not switching the negative trigger to fire the coil pack. Common problem on EF falcons for the ECU too fail...

Where abouts is the coil? Il have a fiddle with that if the ecu spat its guts is there no way around but a new one?

if its your coil pack. haha follow your plug leads from spark plugs back mate and thats the coil pack.
